Hey everyone!

I'm Emily Goodman. I like leaving headphones unplugged, not saving my playlists, pushing random buttons that scare the DJ after me and leaving my account logged onto the studio computer! Dur dur dur!

Hello everyone!

My name is Cooper Nelson and I don't know how to log off the office computer! Dur dur durrr.

WONY Longest Consecutive Radio Show Record Broken! The Playlist.

THE RECORD BREAKER! 30 hours of me nonstop and awake (that's right, didn't sleep and didn't leave) to bring the metal! Special thanks to DJ Doom, DJ Speedy, DJ Detektiv, DJ Panchito, and DJ SpicyPumpkins (sorry about any misspellings) for coming in and helping out. Most importantly, rest in peace Ronnie James Dio, you will be missed by all of us. This show was now for you. Here's all 30 hours of charting, done here because it would take forever to make an actual playlist. Have a good summer!

Bands I've played, take 2

If you listened to my show at all last semester, then A) Hi Mom!, and B) you know the deal. My music collection has become so extensive that I like to challenge myself with my playlists, and will usually only play any given band once a semester. Exceptions include Rush, which I play every week, rotation, holiday specials, and requests. To give you an idea of what to expect, and because I like lists, here's what I've played so far this semester. (Last semester I played "Schism" by Tool about 6 times, so don't be afraid to request! Except "Schism")

You Know What Really Grinds my Gears? part 1

You know what really grinds my gears? There hasn't been a completely Earth Shattering cd release all year. I'm only talking about loud rock at this point, because i'm not as failiar with the other genres. The closest thing we got was Mastadon, which was praised by critics like it was written by god, recorded by jesus, and produced by Billy Mays. It's a good album, i'll give it it's due... but it's no Number of the Beast. It's no Painkiller. It's no Vulgar Display of Power. What it is, in everything good it shows off, is the best looking turd in a never-ending line of stalls.
